Tank 1 - “Short Skirt Long Jacket” Imperial Pale Ale (7.2%)

Short Skirt Long Jacket boasts the sensibility of a pale ale with the spirit of an IPA. Brewed specifically with spring in mind, the hop-forward floral aroma is a bit deceiving as the beer has a modest bitterness level and light malt body that is perfect for easy drinking. Hopped solely with Amarillo Hops, this gal is ready for sunshine and good time!

Tank 2 - Hugh Hefeweizen (4.5% ABV)

Hugh Hefneweizen is a dunkleweizen or dark wheat beer. It’s low ABV yet complex and refreshing malt and flavor profiles make it perfect for Spring/Summer weather. One of the major flavor contributors to any hefeweizen beer is the yeast. The yeast contributes a light banana/clove flavor that pairs perfectly with the sweet and grainy malts used in our dunkleweiss.

Tank 3 - Rub Me The Rye Way (47.7% ABV)

Rub Me The Rye Way is a big bold American Rye Stout. This beer features a soft dry mouth feel accompanied by a hint of booze. The midnight wheat used in the grist provides dark roasted malt flavors without a sharp astringency. As a good American Stout should, it has a noticeable hop presence provided by generous amounts of centennial hops, and finishes with a long lingering spice from the ample amount of rye in the grain bill. Come unleash the genie from the bottle and enjoy a pint this beauty tonight! Cheers!

Tank 4 - Locomotive Breath Lager (5.1% ABV)

Locomotive Breath is a California Common/Steam Lager. It features a complex yet subtle toasty malt profile up front followed by a crisp lightly-bitter finish that leaves you wanting more.

Tank 5 - Rock Hill Helles Bock (7% ABV)

Rock Helles Bock is a German Helles/Maibock, a style typically brewed for spring. This particular version is a keller-bock, meaning it is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and cellared for a long period of time (11 weeks in this case). It features rich bready malt characteristics up front from the German Pilsner and Munich malts used in the grist, and a clean hop bitterness in the finish from the German Hallertauer hops used in the boil.

Front Tap - April-cot Showers Ale

April-Cot Showers is a beer that embraces the very essence of spring. A Blonde ale brewed with real apricots and hibiscus flowers. It begins with notes of fresh picked apricots and malt, and finishes with a floral tartness from the hibiscus. A true beauty, just in time for Come-See-Me Festival. Come see us and enjoy a taste of spring.

Front tap - Knowledge perk Coffee stout (6.7% ABV)

Award winning K.P. Stout is brewed with Knowledge Perk Costa Rican coffee. Notes of coffee greet you in the aroma and on the front of the tongue... the flavors then transition into a rich silky stout.
